What is my size? Women
Size Small: women size US 0-4, up to 5ft 10in bust size below 34-C
Size Medium: women size US 6-8
Size Large: women size 10-12
*note that the sizing is based on length of chain, if you are tall and thin or short and wide or if you have a larger bust a medium or large may fit better than your normal garment size

What is my size? Men
Sizing for men is true to size. If you would like to purchase an item listed under the women category, our women large is usually same as a men small. Feel free to contact us at info@blisslau.com with any specific requests.

Where do the materials come from?
Bliss Lau believes in supporting our local industry, the link chain comes from the US, our signature braided chain is imported both are plated using the expertise of the domestic costume jewelry industry. Our leather is from Italy, our exotic skins are used with a conscious eye to the environment. Stingray or karung are very plentiful to the environment. All jewelry is made by hand in the New York City design studio.

How long will my jewelry take to ship?
All of our jewelry is custom made-to-order we therefore request your patience the chains may take up six weeks to be produced and shipped. You will receive an email confirmation once we have shipped your order, however items generally take four to five days to ship if we have the materials in-stock. You may email us at info@blisslau.com to request a time-quote prior to or after your purchase.

Is the jewelry adjustable?
We sell the jewelry in sizes to accommodate for all body-types and therefore most of the chains are not adjustable. Items such as the livewire have an adjustable belt. It may look like a snap, but the rivet & leather loops are stationary.

Can I wear Bliss Lau Jewelry if I am allergic to base metals?
Yes! We do not suggest the jewelry be worn directly on the skin for a long period of time, our chain is coated in a protective clear lacquer. If you are allergic to base metals the chains can be creatively styled over your clothing and still look fabulous! Don’t let it stop you.

How can I figure out how to wear the jewelry when it is balled up on my floor?
Bliss designs all of the chains with a single logo rivet on them, see our about page to view the logo. Look for the logo, usually it is positioned at the center front or center back neck of every chain. Also, many of the styles have a downloadable PDF document on the shop page that provides a step-by-step guide to putting on the jewelry as well as options for styling it in different ways.

How should I store the jewelry at home?
The body-jewelry is more clothing-like then jewelry-like, we suggest you store it the same way you would a coat, on a hangar in your closet! Note that all of our jewelry comes with a free custom designed travel case for safe transport.

How do I fix a broken chain?
We understand that things happen, please remember that this is jewelry and must be treated delicately. If your chain has broken we will gladly repair it for free, please send it to Bliss Lau Attn: REPAIR 55 5th avenue 18th floor NY, NY 10003, note that unmarked packages will not be accepted. Please include the return shipping information, international shipments require return shipping label to be included or a FEDEX or UPS number to be provided. Bliss Lau is not responsible for packages lost in the mail, please remember to track your package when shipping it to us.
