POLICIES
Shipping & Handling:
The jewelry is custom made-to-order we therefore request your patience the chains may take up six weeks to be produced and shipped. An email confirmation will be sent when we have shipped your order, however items generally take four to five days to ship if we have the materials in-stock. You may email us at info@blisslau.com to request a time-quote prior to or after your purchase.

Domestic:
A standard $10 shipping and handling fee will apply to single item purchases, shipping may increase incrementally with quantity of units ordered. All deliveries within the US and Canada will be shipped via UPS. UPS Ground deliveries take approximately five business days to arrive.

International:
International orders are shipped with USPS, no secondary/additional charge for the delivery standard shipping and handling fee of $15 for single item purchases will apply. Orders may be subject to duties, taxes or customs clearance which are the responsibility of the customer/receiver. USPS provides tracking information for your package while it is in the US however once the package is received in your country the tracking information is unavailable on usps.com. Packages are trackable using the US customs number we email you upon shipment. USPS shipping takes approximately five to fifteen business days.

Express Shipping:
You may request express shipping, we are happy to ship Fedex or UPS, a note in the order must be made to request this service. We will send you a quote for the secondary cost and before x-factory we require a confirmation email in order to approve the additional charge. Additional charges will be applied to the credit card used for original purchase. The cost of shipping one / two items international is approximately $75 - $150 USD. Orders may be subject to duties, taxes or customs clearance which are the responsibility of the customer/receiver.

Exchange Policy:
We accept items for exchange of equal or greater value. We do not accept returns, all jewelry is custom made-to-order and therefore not returnable. Exchanges must be received to us within 10 days of clients receipt of purchase. Items for exchange must be marked on the outside of the package -EXCHANGE- with a written note on the original receipt stating the requested exchange item of equal or greater value.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax of 8.375% will apply to all orders shipped to addresses within the state of New York.

Mistakes on an order confirmation:
If the address was entered incorrectly or the wrong item was ordered, please contact us immediately to inform us of any incorrect information seen on the confirmation receipt. Email at info@blisslau.com Simply Bliss Inc. is not responsible for incorrectly placed orders, if the order has already been shipped, we will gladly exchange this item following the standard exchange policy.

Lost packages:
In the instance that you feel a package has been lost please first contact the carrier using either the tracking number for UPS or customs number for USPS provided in an email upon confirmation of the outbound shipment.
