As a designer, I believe that a piece of jewelry is more than just a precious object—it holds our memories. We all have pieces that carry special significance: a pair of earrings handed down from your grandmother, a necklace given to you as a graduation gift, a meaningful piece you bought on a trip, or a ring from your beloved.
Personally, I love that jewelry preserves our stories—life’s journey, deepest connections, and relationships.

At BLISS LAU, we created the ReNew Experience: an invitation to transform your unworn or heirloom fine jewelry into new, modern treasures. Reimagining heirloom and unused fine pieces to reflect our history and celebrate our future—while protecting our environment and its precious resources.

The ReNew Experience invites you to partner with us to breathe new life into your unworn treasures. It’s a unique opportunity to redefine your connection with your jewelry—re-establishing its meaning as an expression of personal stories, family history, and your authentic self.
EMBARK
We start with the story of your piece—whether virtually or over tea in our DUMBO studio in Brooklyn, I want to understand what this piece means to you. Whether you ship it or bring it in person, I love to hear the celebrations, milestones, and quiet moments behind each treasure. Together, we’ll envision how it can evolve to reflect who you are today.

We’ll leave the EMBARK phase with a clear vision of your reimagined piece—then the design and hands-on work begins.
ENVISION
Symbolism and Significance
In this phase, we infuse the design with personal meaning—birthstones, symbolic shapes, engravings, numerology. I often start with hand-sketched concepts, then share a refined digital rendering to help you visualize the final piece.
We combine traditional craftsmanship, 3D rendering, and digital printing to create a unique, tangible piece. Once approved, a 3D wax model is printed for you to try—allowing final adjustments before casting begins.
Your Gemstones and Precious Metal
Our artisans carefully remove, measure, and 3D-scan your gemstones. We may recut or refinish them to enhance their beauty. Metal value is credited to you based on daily gold or platinum prices. Once approved, your piece is cast into metal.
EMERGE
When your piece is complete, we’ll notify you to arrange pickup or shipping. Wearing your renewed jewelry for the first time is a profound moment—the presentation of a transformed story embodied in a single piece.
CARE FOR A LIFETIME
We want your jewelry to be cherished forever—even generations. Use our natural cleaner weekly, and store pieces in our travel case. You’re also invited to our Brooklyn showroom for a complimentary cleaning—just book an appointment.
