Returns Policy
Except where indicated, merchandise purchased from may be exchanged to Simply Bliss, Inc. only within 7 days of purchase and only if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. All custom and one of a kind orders placed through or directly through Bliss Lau are final sale.

To make a exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please email us at and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are exchanging in the body of the message. We'll then reply back with your RMA #, which you'll need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not ship any product(s) until you have received an RMA #.
